What materials are boxes made of?

The materials used to make the box largely presupposes the product's quality, strength, and resistance. Boxes are manufactured using high quality 250-350 gsm cardboard. For small boxes, a slightly thinner cardboard is sufficient, and for the production of large ones, it is appropriate to choose a thicker one. The right choice of cardoard thickness gives greater resistance to crushing of the box, strength, stability and, of course, an excellent aesthetic image.

The majority of two-piece boxes are made from double sided 270gsm cardboard, one side brown and the other white.

Boxes with a window have a transparent window of high-quality PVC material. The window gives the product uniqueness and elegance. It's a great choice when you want to be able to see what's inthe box without opening the lid.

How to choose a box?

If you are considering which box to choose, the things you will put in it will give you the answer. If you look for a box for a gift or just a reliable place to store things, box must correspond to the size of the things that will be placed in it. If the box is intended for a gift, choose a slightly larger one so that the gift does not touch the walls of the box. Use white, natural, colored paper scraps or wood shavings for beautiful gift wrapping. The gift will look extremely stylish against such a background. If you want everything to be visible, choose a box with transparent window.

The box with a window is suitable for personal and business gifts. Jewelry, a watch or other accessories, books, clothes, souvenirs, business attributes and other gifts will look amazing in such packaging. A box with a window also is a great choice for packaging sweets.

Choose white or brown boxes. White will be an appropriate choice for more luxurious, special occasions, while brown is universal, natural looking and will be suitable for various occasions as a gift or for storing things.

For small quantities of printed boxes we recommend silk printing. If you need bigger quantity, offset printing will be a better choice.
